
Rev. Alex Shea Will is a pastor, teacher, coach, and entrepreneur. Through both his professional and personal life, Alex has passion for helping people and organizations thrive.
Previously, Alex served for six years as Associate Pastor at South Church in Andover, Massachusetts. Alex's technology driven approach to ministry provided a seamless transition to online worship during the COVID-19 crisis, creatively overseeing its development, weekly production, and long-term strategy. Alex was also a founder of PATH - a pastoral formation collaborative comprised of clergy, churches, and seminaries, working together to form transformational leaders for the 21st century. Under his teaching responsibilities, he designed courses in "Entrepreneurship and Leadership in the Local Church," and "Church and Pastoral Administration."
Alex is a native of the Boston, Massachusetts area. He received a Master of Divinity from Andover Newton Theological School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Catawba College, a UCC affiliated school. His is currently pursuing a pre-MBA certificate in business foundations at the University of Massachusetts: Lowell. In his free time you'll likely find him enjoying rugby, basketball, or soccer.

- Alex currently serves as Area Conference Minister for the Northeast Region of the Southern New England Conference. In this role he works directly with over 100 congregations to help them meet their goals. On a day-to-day basis he provides direct career and professional development coaching to workforce talent, talent acquisition and retention support to organizations, and leadership coaching to hundreds of volunteers. To this work he brings skills in conflict resolution, diversity (DEI) education, and a commitment to inclusivity.
