As written for Evening Worship @the Well

One: This week we light the first candle of Advent; the candle of hope.
Many: Hope for all we can imagine, and all the dreams that seem unreachable.
One: You see, the hope we celebrate in Advent is bigger than political posturing.
Many: A hope that can’t be contained by admonitions to “be realistic!”
One: Advent hope isn’t about magic or wishes; it’s about opening our hearts to the new, exciting, and even scary, things God is doing in our homes, in our churches, and even in the world.
Many: Let us welcome hope into our hearts, unbounded by doubt, and alive with expectation. Amen.

In this section, I'll share some of the prayers, liturgies, and other writings that wouldn't quite fit in my blog.
